Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Client Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing guidance on property investments, addressing inquiries, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and fostering trust in the organization’s services.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in client relationship management, customer service, or sales
- Knowledge of real estate markets, property transactions, and investment advisory services
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to resolving client issues
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in real estate or brokerage is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields
