Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Noida. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and providing real estate solutions. Responsibilities include supporting clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, coordinating with developers and stakeholders, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Proficiency in communication, listening, and negotiation
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and investment advisory practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Professional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevance to real estate or sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
