Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, providing guidance throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, addressing client queries and concerns, and promoting property investment opportunities. You will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, or account management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate real estate solutions
- Knowledge of the real estate sector, including residential, industrial, and commercial properties
- Familiarity with sales strategies and marketing techniques in real estate
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the Noida (NCR) real estate market is an advantage
