📍 Job Details
Work Mode: On-Site / Office Based
Location: Mumbai / Mira Road, Thane / Mira Bhayander
Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Compensation
Salary: ₹15,000+ per month
(Final package depends on interview performance, experience, and skill set.)
📋 Role & Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and strengthen client relationships
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Manage merchant relationships and client servicing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide ongoing support
• Resolve client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement
• Maintain professional communication and relationship management
✔ Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good relationship management & client servicing abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sales / Merchant Handling experience preferred
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) knowledge preferred
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude & professional work ethic
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
