Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes handling inquiries, providing product information, managing orders, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly. The Client Relationship Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, client communication, and customer support
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and account management
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the chemical or industrial supply industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities, customer-first mindset, and team collaboration skills
