Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Pune Division. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and understanding client needs, developing tailored financial and strategic growth solutions, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. The individual will monitor client satisfaction, track project progress, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. The role also involves fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for enhanced client engagement.

Office timings :9.30am to 6.30pm
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: 20,000 to 30, 000 per month

Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, client engagement, and account management skills
- Experience minimum 1 year in client handling , operations or team management
- Knowledge of financial advisory services, including compliance, funding, and valuation
- Understanding of capital strategy, investment processes, and business growth frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to deliver results within timelines
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach
- Prior experience in financial services, consulting, or business advisory roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with the financial technology landscape will be an added advantage
