Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing relationships with the firm’s clients.
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely communication, coordinating with legal teams and tracking case progress. The Client Relationship Manager will schedule and prepare for client meetings, maintain accurate records, follow up on action items and support clients in understanding the status and next steps of their engagements. The role also includes identifying client needs, gathering feedback, supporting business development initiatives and helping ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Law Graduate with 0-3 PQE having s
- trong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
