Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for the role of Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by addressing their needs, understanding their preferences, and delivering exceptional service. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand project requirements, coordinating with design and operational teams, addressing client concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction from project initiation to completion.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in customer service, issue resolution, and delivering excellent client experiences
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal teams for project delivery
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Proven ability to work in a team and adapt to different customer needs
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent; prior experience in client relationship management or sales is an advantage
- Understanding of home interiors or related industries is a plus
