About the Role
Digital Core Innovations is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building lasting client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Schedule meetings, provide project updates, and follow up on action items.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project progress.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
