Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Pune City. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to address client concerns, facilitating property tours, negotiating agreements, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The role requires exceptional communication and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Conquer Planetario Real Estate Company in Noida. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and selling our real estate properties over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect new clients through outbound calls and other channels
- Build relationships with potential clients and understand their real estate needs
- Present and sell our real estate properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales using our CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives - Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales is must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
