Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for a Client Relationship Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Client Relationship Manager will ensure client satisfaction, oversee the resolution of client inquiries or issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities also include managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth.
Core Responsibilities
· Post-Sales Operations: Handle customer journeys end to end from booking till possession, agreement execution (ATS), registration, to final possession and handover.
· Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accuracy of all booking forms, KYC documents, and legal agreements.
· Payment Collection & Finance: Follow up on payments as per scheduled milestones, issue demand letters, and coordinate with finance for receipts.
· Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact to address queries, complaints, and grievances, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
· Process Management: Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) to update records, track payments, and generate reporting on project status.
· Coordination: Liaise between sales, legal, engineering, and finance departments to ensure smooth handover.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 3–5+ years in real estate post-sales, CRM. Graduate
· Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of RERA regulations, property registration processes, and sales documentation.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (ERP, Hi-Rise, SAP) and MS Office (Excel).
· Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Timely completion of customer agreements and registration.
· Reduction in outstanding payments/collections.
· Timely possession and handover of units.
