Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for handling the complete client journey from event closure to post-event deliverables. The role requires strong coordination, client communication, planning, follow-up, vendor handling, payment collection, and ensuring a smooth event experience in B'days, weddins events etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding

Understand client needs, set clear expectations, timelines, and communication.

2. Event Planning & Vendor Coordination

Plan the event end-to-end and manage vendors within budget.

3. Event Team Operations

Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure the team works smoothly.

4. Event Day Coordination

Manage on-ground execution and handle issues in real time.

5. Design Coordination

Align event design with the client’s vision and ensure timely delivery.

6. Post Event Follow-Up

Gather feedback, close tasks, and maintain client relationships.

Skills Required:-

- Excellent communication and client handling skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.

- Good knowledge of event planning and execution.

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail in designs, timelines, and event execution.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Comfortable speaking with clients over the call & in person
