About us
notshaam is a solo AI filmmaking studio and content brand based in Delhi. We create AI-powered ad films, product videos, brand content, short films, UGC, and devotional cinematic content for clients across India. We work with tools like Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance, and Freepik Flux to deliver cinema-grade AI production — fast, and at scale.
We are growing rapidly. Leads are coming in consistently. What we need now is the right person to own client communication and convert that interest into paid work.
What you will do
- Respond to inbound leads within 2 hours — on Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify each lead: understand their budget, timeline, and type of content needed
- Share our portfolio, service deck, and pricing — represent the brand professionally
- Schedule and handle discovery calls with interested leads
- Follow up consistently until a lead is converted or clearly dropped
- Coordinate with the founder to relay project briefs and align on timelines before committing to clients
- Maintain a simple lead tracker (Notion / Google Sheet — we will set it up)
- Occasionally support in outbound outreach — reaching out to relevant brands or businesses who could benefit from our services
What we are looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication in Hindi and English — you should sound confident and professional on a call
- Basic understanding of video content, social media, and digital marketing — you don't need to know how AI filmmaking works technically, just enough to explain it confidently
- Honest, self-driven, and organised — you will be working independently, no one will micromanage you
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google Sheets daily
- Sales or client-facing experience is a strong plus — but a sharp, hungry person with great communication will be considered equally
- Based in Delhi NCR preferred, though remote candidates with strong communication will also be considered
Compensation model
This is a performance-based role. There is no fixed monthly salary. Your earning is directly tied to what you close.
Base commission on every deal closed
10% of project value
Example — ₹20,000 project
₹2,000 your earning
Example — ₹50,000 project
₹5,000 your earning
Example — ₹1,00,000 project
₹10,000 your earning
Commission paid
Upon advance payment received from client
Potential (3–5 closures/month)
₹8,000 – ₹25,000+/month
This is designed to be your side income with a path to becoming a full-time role as the studio scales. Future retainer salary will be discussed once consistent performance is established.
