Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolhapur for a Client Relationship Manager – Mutual Fund. The Client Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering expert investment advice, and closely monitoring mutual fund portfolio performance. Key responsibilities will include assisting clients in investment planning, conducting consistent portfolio reviews, providing market insights, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of mutual fund investment planning and financial advisory skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to manage client interactions
- Ability to analyze financial markets and provide relevant insights
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Relevant certifications, such as NISM certification, would be an advantage
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM tools is preferred
- Previous work experience in financial services or mutual fund distribution is a plus
