About the Opportunity
Buzz Brigade is hiring on behalf of Calidad for the position of Client Relationship Manager – Corporate Events in Ahmedabad.
We are looking for a confident and relationship-driven professional who can manage corporate clients, coordinate event requirements, maintain clear communication, and help deliver exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the event lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements, expectations, objectives, and event briefs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of corporate events.
• Manage client communication, follow-ups, updates, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure event requirements are clearly communicated and delivered according to expectations.
• Support on-ground coordination when required to ensure seamless event execution.
• Identify and resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Contribute to client retention and long-term business relationships.
