Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Relationship Intern to join our growing EdTech organization. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about psychology, education management, student coordination, and mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with students regarding course batches, schedules, and onboarding.
Manage batch formation and ensure smooth student alignment.
Handle enquiries for 1:1 counselling / therapy sessions and coordinate appointments with experts.
Act as a communication bridge between students, faculty, counsellors, and internal teams.
Provide administrative and operational support for psychology programs.
Assist in planning and execution of workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
Maintain student records, schedules, attendance, and progress data.
Conduct basic research on psychology-related topics and prepare reports when required.
Support daily academic coordination and process management.
Ensure prompt follow-up with leads, students, and clients.
Required Skills &Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Good coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Basic understanding of psychology and mental health concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional attitude with client-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Prior experience in coordination / academic operations is an added advantage.
