Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive who can drive revenue through consultative selling, customer engagement, and retention within the D2C ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients across the wellness ecosystem
- Conduct outreach via calls, messages, and social platforms
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Drive repeat purchases through cross-selling and upselling
Requirements
- Experience in Sales / Inside Sales / D2C sales
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable with calling, chat handling, and customer interaction
- Target-driven mindset with focus on conversions
