Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive – Real Estate (Front Office) based near Nalasopara East Station (Mumbai Suburban).
The role involves handling walk-in clients, managing inquiries, assisting customers during site visits, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams to support bookings and closures.
We are looking for a presentable, confident, and customer-focused individual who can create a positive first impression and build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle walk-in clients and inquiries at the site office
• Explain project details, pricing, and offerings to prospective buyers
• Assist clients during site visits and property discussions
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build a strong sales pipeline
• Generate and manage leads through various channels
• Manage client relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Coordinate with internal teams for booking processes and documentation
• Support sales closures and maintain records of leads, site visits, and conversions (CRM tracking)
• Ensure a professional and welcoming front office environment
Qualification and Skills
• 0–2 years of experience in sales / customer-facing roles (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
• Presentable personality with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Ability to build relationships and handle clients confidently
• Basic understanding of sales, negotiation, and client handling
• Problem-solving mindset with strong customer service orientation
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Vasai, Virar, Borivali, Mira Road, and surrounding regions is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
Job Details
📍 Location: Near Nalasopara East Station (Mumbai Suburban)
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
💰 Compensation Structure:
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
• Incentive: ₹15,000 per successful flat booking
