Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence? We are looking for a dynamic Client Relationship / Client Experience Executive – Operations to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
🧑💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Act as the single point of contact for client communications
✔ Manage issue resolution and troubleshooting effectively
✔ Track case progress and ensure adherence to TAT
✔ Coordinate with Operations, Tech Support, and Quality teams
✔ Prepare and share client reports on a regular basis
