We’re hiring: Client Relationship Executive (Full-time) | Talisman Awards (Charni Road, Mumbai)
At Talisman Awards, client servicing is about clarity, speed, and flawless execution. We’re looking for a Client Relationship Executive (Junior–Mid) who can manage client interactions end-to-end—convert inbound enquiries, understand requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and drive repeat business.
What you’ll do
- Convert inbound leads and support business growth
- Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate execution
- Own client communication, satisfaction, and retention
- Work towards assigned sales targets
What we’re looking for
- Strong command over English (spoken and written)
- Keen to learn; comfortable with new tools and processes
- Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong follow-through
- Experience in sales support/business development (lead handling + conversion)
