Role Description
This full-time, on-site position is based in Noida, where the Client Relationship Executive will manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include addressing client queries, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key accounts, and representing the agency in interactions with clients to foster trust and alignment. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and identifying strategic opportunities to maximize customer success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to effectively manage and grow client accounts.
- Proven experience in Communication and Relationship Building to inspire confidence and understanding with clients and internal teams.
- Competency in Account Management and overseeing projects to ensure client satisfaction and fulfillment of deliverables.
- Ability to strategize and identify growth opportunities for both clients and the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in the marketing, digital solutions, or creative agency space is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
