Job Description – CRM Executive / CRM & Operations Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage end-to-end client relationship management and post-sales operations for commercial and residential real estate projects. The role involves handling client coordination, documentation, collections, legal coordination, broker and channel partner communication, site operations support, and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and hands-on experience in real estate CRM, brokerage operations, leasing, or post-sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, investors, and channel partners for all CRM-related support.
- Manage complete customer lifecycle from booking to registration, possession, and post-possession support.
- Coordinate with brokers and channel partners regarding client documentation, payment status, deal closures, commissions, and client servicing.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, leasing associates, investors, landlords, and tenants.
- Handle client communication through calls, emails, meetings, and walk-ins professionally.
- Resolve client escalations, complaints, and service-related concerns within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with builders, legal teams, banks, and government authorities for registrations, mutations, transfers, NOCs, and loan-related processes.
- Draft and manage lease deeds, sale deeds, leave & license agreements, service agreements, transfer documents, demand letters, notices, and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain customer records, payment trackers, agreement status reports, and CRM databases.
- Conduct follow-ups for rent, CAM, maintenance dues, outstanding payments, and reimbursement processes.
- Support leasing and operations teams with client onboarding, possession handovers, tenant coordination, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate vendor and site-level operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Update and manage property records on government portals such as e-GRAS, MCG, and other compliance systems.
- Maintain accurate records of registrations, stamp duty, legal documents, indemnities, and customer files.
- Assist management in preparing reports, MIS, operational trackers, and client communication updates.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely support.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred. Prior experience in real estate CRM, brokerage firms, leasing, or operations will be preferred.
