Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive located in the Greater Delhi Area. The position involves managing and nurturing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, addressing concerns, fostering meaningful connections, building rapport, and contributing to account growth through effective relationship strategies. The Client Relationship Executive will also coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Account Management
- Expertise in Client Relations and Relationship Building
- Proficiency in verbal and written Communication
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in client-facing or account management roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
