Client Relations Executive

Puppiezo is a premium pet services brand helping families find and care for their perfect companion with trust, warmth, and guidance at every step. We're looking for someone who brings that same warmth to every client interaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- This is a client-facing sales role. Your goal is to guide conversations to a firm decision, and we set you up well to do that.
- Handle inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins with warmth and professionalism
- Understand each family's lifestyle and guide them toward the right pet or service
- Build deep product knowledge across breeds, care, and Puppiezo's full offerings
- Own your follow-up pipeline and nurture long-term client relationships
- Continuously sharpen your pitch and push your own conversion benchmarks
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A fresher or someone with up to 6 months of client-facing sales experience
- Genuinely loves animals - this isn't just a talking point for us
- Currently based in Gurugram - you must be able to commute to Sector 58 daily
- Excellent spoken and written communication - polished, articulate, and confident
- Naturally personable with a warm, put-together presence that clients trust immediately
- Quick to absorb new information and sharp in one-on-one conversations
