Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Executive to manage and nurture client relationships, ensure smooth project execution, and act as the bridge between clients and the internal creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day communication with clients
Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal tasks
Coordinate with creative, design, and production teams
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
Handle client feedback and ensure necessary revisions are implemented
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Maintain reports on project status and client interactions
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content creation
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling social media or campaign execution
