Job description: Client Relationship Executive
Cut My Loan is a trusted debt settlement consultation platform committed to helping individuals and families overcome the burden of unsecured loans. With a strong client-first approach, the company specializes in negotiating directly with lenders to reduce outstanding debts, offering practical, ethical, and legally compliant solutions tailored to each client’s financial situation.
At CutMyLoan, we go beyond just settling debts-we empower our clients with the right knowledge, continuous support, and strong advocacy to help them regain control of their finances and move toward a debt-free future with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect monthly retainer fees from clients in a timely manner
- Acquire new clients through assigned leads and conversions
- Coordinate with senior advocates to ensure smooth case handling and client satisfaction
- Facilitate settlements by liaising with officials and recovery agencies
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide necessary support
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in core sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and handle clients professionally
- Target-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
Job Details:
- Location: Noida Electronic City
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
- Salary: Based on interview performance
