Role Description The Client Relationship Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves managing day-to-day relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial inquiry through project completion. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams (sales, design, operations, and logistics), preparing and following up on proposals, and tracking project progress. The role also includes maintaining client records, handling queries and escalations, supporting order management, and ensuring timely communication regarding deliveries, installations, and after-sales service. The Client Relationship Executive will contribute to client retention, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and support the business development team with client insights and feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to oversee key client accounts and ensure consistent service quality.
- Proven Client Relations and Relationship Building abilities to nurture long-term partnerships and enhance client satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) to engage effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Experience in customer-facing or account management roles, preferably in interiors, lighting, furniture, real estate, or related industries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and follow-up skills..
Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools); CRM experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Professional, client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
