We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client communication, support internal coordination, and ensure smooth project updates. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communications by responding to basic queries and sharing project status updates through official channels
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice-related communication and follow-ups with clients
- Support new client onboarding by assisting in email coordination with the Sales team
- Manage Odoo entries, including chat ticket creation and issue tracking
- Assist in preparing and consolidating CRE chat response reports for internal review and monitoring
- Coordinate with the Operations team to collect updates and ensure timely communication of project status to clients
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email coordination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Team player with good organizational skills
- Prior experience in client handling or coordination is a plus
