We’re looking for someone who is confident, highly communicative, and obsessed with creating a premium client experience.
This role is for someone who can become the face of GoTrails for our travelers — handling client communication, answering queries, explaining itineraries, and ensuring every traveler feels confident and excited before their trip.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client communication via WhatsApp, calls & email
- Explain itineraries confidently and clearly
- Answer travel-related questions professionally
- Build strong relationships with travelers
- Follow up with leads and booked clients
- Coordinate with internal operations team
- Maintain a premium customer experience throughout
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident on calls and client interactions
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Organized and responsive
- Passion for travel is a huge plus
✨ Bonus If You:
- Have experience in travel, hospitality, luxury service, or sales
- Understand Japan or international travel basics
- Can handle high-end clients professionally
Role Type:
Full-time / Hybrid
Salary:
Based on experience : INR 30- 35k a month
