Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction, handling queries, and maintaining long-term engagement to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
- Understand client needs and ensure timely resolution of queries and issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and support) for smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Maintain records of client interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
