Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist based in Vijayawada. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, addressing client concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include effective communication with clients, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and resolving customer support inquiries efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach in building trusting relationships and delivering exceptional service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations abilities
- Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with team members and clients
- Experience in a client-focused role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
