Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist, based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing client concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. The role involves actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing superior customer support, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations. The Client Relations Specialist will also identify opportunities for improving customer experience and fostering client retention.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Expertise in client relations, customer satisfaction, and customer support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle client inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools or customer service software is an advantage
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
