Happy Miles is looking for a Client Relations Intern to join our team and work closely on managing and enhancing client experience.
📍 Role Overview
As a Client Relations Intern, you will:
- Assist in managing client communication (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Coordinate between clients and internal team
- Ensure smooth delivery of services
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
- Professional and presentable personality
- Basic understanding of business / finance / travel is a plus
- Responsible, organized, and proactive
- Ability to handle premium clientele (HNIs & corporates)
🕒 Work Structure
- 3 days/week – Work from Office (Lucknow)
- Remaining days – Work from Home
