Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and service delivery.
- Handle client concerns and ensure effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-ups with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 years of experience in client handling / customer support / client communication roles.
- Experience in B2B client communication preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
