Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Client Relations Associate. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with clients, addressing client inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. The Client Relations Associate will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in client services and assisting in the resolution of escalated issues to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in customer service and a customer-focused mindset
- Analytical skills to assess client needs, solve problems, and provide insights
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Experience in property management or community association management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred
