Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and communication-driven professional to support client engagement and order operations. In this role, you will assist in managing client enquiries, coordinating order processing, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless sales-to-delivery experience while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Client Communication & Coordination
- Handle client enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and calls in a timely and professional manner
- Support end-to-end client communication across enquiry, order, and post-sales stages
- Assist in sharing product details, pricing, and timelines after internal alignment
- Maintain regular follow-ups and updates with clients
2 Sales Support, Lead Generation & Account Management
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads and opportunities
- Assist in lead generation through inbound enquiries, referrals, and research.
- Assist in managing client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Coordinate with senior team members on client meetings and follow-ups
3 Order Management & Operations
- Assist in order processing from enquiry to confirmation, ensuring accuracy
- Support in preparing Proforma Invoices and coordinating with accounts for payments
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth execution
- Track order status and share updates with clients
4 Post-Sales Coordination
- Support post-sales activities including service requests, installations, and issue resolution
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of client concerns.
5 Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain updated records of enquiries, follow-ups, and orders in CRM systems
- Ensure no enquiry or task is missed
- Assist in preparing basic reports on enquiries, orders, and pending tasks
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, operations, or coordination roles
- Experience in handling client communication is preferred
- Exposure to working with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) is a plus
Skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Understanding of order processes, invoicing, or coordination workflows is a plus
- Proactive and responsive with a willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented and reliable in execution
- Calm and solution-oriented while handling clients
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
