Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and self-driven Interns to support our Lead Generation initiatives. You will work closely with the business development and marketing teams to identify prospects, engage potential clients, and support lead conversion while gaining practical B2B industry experience in a flexible remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and leads across target industries and markets
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, email tools, and web-based directories
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
- Follow up with prospects and support lead nurturing through the sales funnel
- Coordinate with the business development team to qualify and segment leads
- Track lead activity and update records in CRM systems or internal tracking tools
- Support digital marketing and demand generation initiatives
- Assist in developing lead nurturing and conversion strategies
- Stay updated on B2B sales, marketing trends, and client acquisition best practices
Skills Required
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High interest and knowledge in lead generation, sales, and client acquisition
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, and basic CRM platforms
- Strong research skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven setup
- Prior internship or freelance experience in lead generation is an added advantage
Eligibility
- Freshers and interns are eligible to apply
- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
- Prior experience of 3–6 months is a plus but not mandatory
Work Schedule
- Fully remote role
- Monday to Friday working days
- Saturday and Sunday are fixed weekly offs
- Approximately 4–5 hours of work per day for part-time or project-based tasks
Stipend and Compensation
- Performance-based incentives after the initial 3-month training period
- Additional per-lead incentives as per company policy
- Internship certification provided upon successful completion of 6 months
