We are building a fast-growing marketing agency, Downtown Doghouse Media, and we’re looking for a hungry, execution-driven Project Manager who wants real responsibility from Day 1.
This is NOT a typical internship.
This is for someone who wants to grow fast, take ownership, and build something real.
🎯 Who Should Apply:
- BBA / MBA graduate (or final year)
- Based in Cuttack
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Can handle pressure and multiple tasks
- Wants to learn business, marketing, and operations hands-on
🧩 What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily client projects and timelines
- Coordinate between team members (designers, editors, videographers)
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal team
- Ensure deadlines are met without excuses
- Assist in improving systems and workflows
⚡ Internship Structure:
- First 30 days: Performance-based internship (incentive only)
- Based on performance → Full-time offer with fixed salary + growth incentives
