We are a fast-growing creative agency working with exciting D2C brands, startups, and lifestyle businesses. Our work spans across website design, social media retainers, branding, and campaign content creation.
We're looking for a Client Partnerships Intern who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and helping businesses bring their ideas to life. This role sits at the intersection of client communication, project coordination, and business development, making it a great opportunity for someone who wants to understand how a creative agency grows.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout their projects
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
- Attend client meetings, document discussions, and ensure action items are followed up
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to designers, developers, and strategists
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project documentation
- Conduct introductory discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business needs
- Follow up with inbound leads and schedule consultation meetings
- Assist the founders during client pitches and presentations
- Track project progress and keep clients informed with regular updates
- Ensure feedback, approvals, and required assets are collected on time
- Help identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional services
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and project status
Who we're looking for
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident speaking with clients over calls, meetings, and email
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and projects simultaneously
- Curious about branding, marketing, and business
- Willing to learn, take ownership, and solve problems independently
Bonus if you have experience with
- Client servicing or customer success
- Business development or sales
- Proposal writing
- ClickUp, Notion, or CRM software
- Presentation or public speaking
(None of these are mandatory. Strong communication, ownership, and a willingness to learn matter most.)
