Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Partnership Associate. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with creators and partners, providing guidance on optimizing their content for distribution and monetization. Responsibilities include maintaining open communication with clients, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-focused results. You will also assist in resolving client challenges, ensuring top-notch support, and enhancing the overall creator and partner experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and client communication skills
- Experience in account management, client relations, or partnership management
- Understanding of the media/entertainment industry, especially within the creator economy
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Previous experience working with content creators or digital platforms is a plus
