Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Partner – Talent Solutions, based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing consulting support, driving sales initiatives, and contributing to project execution. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and relationship-building with clients
- Experience in Consulting to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation and closing strategic accounts
- Knowledge of Project Management, handling timelines, and resource allocation
- Expertise in Management Consulting to guide clients through strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and results-driven environment
- Prior experience in talent solutions or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field
