Role Overview
The Client Partner / Senior Business Development Manager – IT Staffing will play a pivotal role in expanding VITS’ market presence by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across IT and Engineering domains. The ideal candidate brings deep industry insight, strong consultative selling skills, and a consistent track record of exceeding revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation & Target Achievement – Drive consistent sales growth by meeting and exceeding defined revenue targets through strategic business development initiatives.
- New Client Acquisition – Identify, pursue, and close new IT and Engineering staffing opportunities across diverse industries.
- Strategic Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Recruitment Collaboration – Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality IT contractors aligned with client requirements and compliance standards.
