We’re looking for a Client Partner to join our team at Tonic Worldwide — specifically someone who understands the beauty & fashion space and has worked with brands in this category.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients in the beauty & fashion space
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to ensure smooth execution
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs
• Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects move efficiently
• Support in campaign planning, execution, and reporting
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant experience in beauty/fashion brands or agencies (mandatory)
• 1 – 2 years of experience in client servicing/ account management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Understanding of digital marketing and content workflows

Bonus points if you have:

• Exposure to e-commerce / quick commerce brands
• Experience working on performance-driven or digital-first campaigns
