Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Partner. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the delivery of services, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs, create value-driven strategies, and achieve client satisfaction. You will also assist clients in navigating challenges, providing consulting expertise, and identifying opportunities for impactful solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and Sales to build strong client relationships and drive business growth
- Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting to deliver tailored solutions and strategic insights
- Proficiency in Project Management and ability to lead initiatives, ensuring optimal delivery and outcomes
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with IT services and solutions in industry verticals such as Banking, Telecom, Media, and Retail is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
