We are looking for an Australia Recruiter with strong client partner experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for Australian clients. The role involves understanding client hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, managing interviews, coordinating feedback, and ensuring timely closures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Australia market.
- Partner with clients and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, job boards, and referrals.
- Screen, shortlist, and submit quality profiles.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports, pipelines, and ATS updates.
- Provide market insights and hiring updates to clients.
Skills Required:
- Australia recruitment experience.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.
- Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in IT / Non-IT hiring.
- Knowledge of contract and permanent recruitment.
