About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Client Partner (Handling Retail clients) to drive growth and deepen relationships across key enterprise accounts in the IT Services and Solutions domain. This role demands a consultative leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale client engagements across Digital Engineering, Cloud & Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, and Technical Support Services.
As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for account growth, client satisfaction, and solution orchestration, working closely with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
🤝 Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CXOs and senior stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships by understanding client business goals and aligning solutions accordingly.
📈 Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Own P&L for assigned accounts; drive YoY revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify white space opportunities across digital transformation, cloud modernization, and AI-led initiatives.
🧠 Solutioning & Advisory
- Collaborate with internal solution architects and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.
- Lead proactive transformation discussions around cloud migration, AI/ML adoption, and digital engineering.
🔍 Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to position differentiated offerings.
🛠️ Delivery Governance & Escalation Management
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and SLA adherence.
- Act as escalation point for operational issues and drive resolution with internal teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- ✅ 15–20 years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a client-facing leadership role.
- ✅ Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar accounts across geographies (preferably US/Europe).
- ✅ Deep understanding of Digital Engineering, Cloud & Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Technical Support Services.
- ✅ Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, pricing, and P&L ownership.
- ✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills.
- ✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
