**Laser Experts India** is looking for a **Client Partner Executive** to join our growing team in Pune.

**About the Role**
You will be the face of Laser Experts India to our customers — managing relationships, coordinating service and repair activities, and driving revenue through AMC contracts, fiber source repairs, spare parts, and consumables for laser machines.
This is a **50% field + 50% in-house** role. Half your time you are on factory floors understanding customer pain points. The other half you are coordinating, planning, and following up from office.

**What You Will Do**
✅ Own customer relationships end-to-end for assigned accounts
✅ Plan and visit customer factories regularly to understand their operations and challenges
✅ Coordinate service, repair, and preventive maintenance activities
✅ Promote and close AMC contracts, fiber source repairs, spare parts & consumables
✅ Maintain CRM records, prepare visit reports, and track service tickets
✅ Act as the bridge between the customer and our internal technical team

**Who We Are Looking For**
🔹 2–6 years experience in after-sales service, customer relationship, or technical sales
🔹 Background in laser, CNC, industrial machinery, or capital goods industry preferred
🔹 Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
🔹 Comfortable with factory visits across Pune's industrial areas — Chakan, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Ranjangaon
🔹 Self-driven, organised, and target-oriented
🔹 Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or related field
