We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Client Partner – IT Projects to lead enterprise client relationships, drive strategic IT project engagements, and expand business opportunities across Enterprise and SMB accounts.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise sales, account management, digital transformation projects, and IT services consulting with the ability to manage CXO-level relationships and drive large-scale business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Build and manage long-term relationships with enterprise and SMB clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts
- Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders
Enterprise Sales & Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth through IT services and digital transformation solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Lead account mining, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize business potential
IT Project & Solution Consulting
- Understand client business challenges and align suitable IT solutions
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams for project execution
- Support digital transformation, cloud, application development, infrastructure, and managed services engagements
Commercial & Strategic Ownership
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and proposal management
- Manage project pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery alignment
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal delivery, operations, and leadership teams
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and project teams
- Drive governance meetings and business reviews with customers
Desired Candidate Profile
- 14–18 years of experience in IT Services, Digital Projects, or Enterprise Technology Sales
- Strong experience in Enterprise/SMB client management
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and strategic account growth
- Experience handling large IT project engagements and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of IT services, cloud, digital solutions, and enterprise technology ecosystems
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders confidently
