Position: Client Partner – Automotive CXM

Mode - Hybrid / Fulltime Role
We are hiring a senior Client Partner with strong experience in Automotive CXM, CRM transformation, enterprise sales, and digital transformation consulting. This is a revenue-owning role focused on driving net-new logo acquisition, large deal closures, and strategic account growth in the Automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development in the Automotive industry
- Build and close large consulting / transformation deals
- Own and achieve multi-crore revenue targets
- Develop and grow strategic enterprise accounts
- Advise clients on CRM modernization, CXM transformation, and omnichannel engagement
- Identify opportunities across dealer engagement, aftersales, connected vehicle platforms, and digital ecosystems
- Cross-sell transformation capabilities and expand accounts into multi-year engagements
- Engage CXOs, digital leaders, sales heads, and aftermarket leaders
