MetAntz is hiring a Client Partner – Automotive (India) for a fast-growing digital transformation firm.
The company works with OEMs and mobility players to modernize CRM, enable omnichannel customer engagement, and build connected vehicle experiences.
Role:
Drive India Automotive growth with a strong focus on CXM (Customer Experience Management). Own revenue, win large consulting deals, and build strategic enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Revenue Leadership
- Drive net-new logo acquisition within the Indian Automotive sector
- Build and close large-scale consulting engagements
- Own and exceed a multi-crore annual revenue target
- Develop 3–5 strategic enterprise accounts annually
CXM & CRM Transformation Advisory
- Sell end-to-end CXM transformation programs
- Position ExaThought as a strategic advisor for leading Automotive CRM platforms
- Lead strategy engagements and convert them into multi-year programs
Strategic Opportunity Identification
Identify transformation opportunities across:
- Dealer and customer engagement models
- After-sales service and ownership experience
- Connected vehicle platforms and digital ecosystems
- Omnichannel orchestration and customer analytics
Account Growth & Profitability
- Cross-sell UX,UI-led transformation capabilities
- Expand accounts into multi-year engagements
- Maintain strong gross margin discipline (>35%)
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Automotive consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology sales
- Experience selling or advising on enterprise CRM platforms used in Automotive
- Demonstrated track record of closing consulting or transformation deals
- Experience carrying and achieving multi-crore annual quotas
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CXOs, Sales Heads, Digital Heads, and Aftermarket leaders
Deep understanding of:
- Omnichannel engagement frameworks in Automotive
- Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM ecosystems
- Customer lifecycle management (lead → sale → service → retention)
- CRM transformation and migration strategy
- Sales, aftersales, and service operating models in Automotive
